140克糯米粉,120克粘米粉,一杯水,火腿粒,葱花,少许盐,拌匀。微波炉2分钟,取出搅拌一下再叮2分钟,看上去透明色就好了。

稍凉放在保鲜膜里按摩到光滑,shape成圆棍形保鲜膜包紧进冰箱2小时
