Fish Taco with Kiwi Salsa Fish Taco 2 pieces white fish of some kind, Swai or tilapia Salt and pepper to taste Taco seasoning Flour Season fish with salt and pepper, let sit for 10 minutes, rub taco seasoning generously on both sides of the fish. Coleslaw With Lime and Sesame Sauce Ingredients: 1/3 of a medium size green cabbage 1/3 of a red onion 2 Tsp Chives A handful of cilantro 5 baby carrots Juice from 1 lime 2 Tsp of honey 2 Tsp of sesame seeds 1 Tsp EVOO 1 small shallot Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Shred cabbage carrots and onion Chop cilantro and chives Mix the above together add rest ingredients in a deep container and use hand blender to make a sauce add sauce to salad mix
