Chicken Alfredo
Chicken Alfredo
- Penne Pasta or Fettuccine: 250g of flour, 92g of water, a pinch of salt
- Machine setting at 1 cup, run for 10 minutes, cut Penne to desired length
Sauce:
- 2 Tsp Olive Oil, 2 Tsp butter
- Lots of minced garlic
- Heavy cream 1/4 cup, milk 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese 1 cup
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley 1/4 cup
- Sliced mushroom or broccoli
- Over medium heat, heat up olive oil and add butter to melt
- Add garlic and stir fry for about a minute
- Stir fry mushroom for 2-3 minutes
- Add heavy cream and milk, cook for 5 minutes, let it reduce a bit
- Add Parmesan cheese, stir to thicken the sauce
- Add salt and fresh grounded black pepper, then parsley
- Drain cooked noodle and mix well with sauce and sliced rotisserie chicken breast
