Fish Taco with Kiwi Salsa
Fish Taco
- 2 pieces white fish of some kind, Swai or tilapia
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Taco seasoning
- Flour
Season fish with salt and pepper, let sit for 10 minutes, rub taco seasoning generously on both sides of the fish. Dust fish with dry flour. Heat 1 Tsp oil in non-stick pan, fry both sides for about 3 minutes each till cook through. Use a fork to break fish fillet in 2 or 3 pieces. Set aside for assembly.
Kiwi Salsa
- 5 kiwi cut up
- 1 red onion finely chopped
- small bunch of cilantro finely chopped
- cooked corn
- Salt, pepper, sriracha sauce, lime juice from 1/2 a lime, chili powder, paprika powder, cayenne pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients and season to taste
Sauce
- 1/2 Cup of sour cream
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 1 Tsp Sriracha
- Paprika powder, salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients, season to taste
Finish and Plate
Heat tortilla, scoop 4 heaping spoonful of salsa, add fish pieces, top with more salsa, garnish with cilantro, drizzle with sauce
