German Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Cups Flour
- 4 Cups Apple Slices
- 1 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
Beat sugar, egg and oil till creamy
Add rest of the ingredients and mix well
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or till golden brown and toothpick test clean.
