Japanese Gyudon
The three types of Japanese foods that I love the most are sushi, Ramen and Gyudon. Gyudon is very easy to make. Since it is a one pot meal, you can hardly fail. Slice onion and beef thinly so they cook really fast. This is definitely a 30-minute meal that will be on our dinner table often during the school year.
