No Knead Pizza Dough

No Knead Pizza Dough
Makes 2 12inch pizzas
Servings 6
Ingredients
- 500 g All purpose flour
- 350 g Water
- 1 g Yeast
- 15 g Salt
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a wooden spoon
Let rise in room temperature for at least 12 hours or in refrigerator for up to 3 days
Flour the work surface, dump half of the dough on to the work surface and cover each sides with flour, slowly work the dough out to a 12 inch circle
Add topping and bake at 500F for 12 minutes
