Shrimp Fettuccine in Cream Sauce
Fettuccine:
- 250g All Purpose Flour, 93g of water
- Philips Pasta Maker, Fettuccine head, 10 minutes
Cream Sauce
- Over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoon of butter with 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Sautee minced garlic for about 1 minute
- Add 2 tablespoon of heavy cream, 1 cup of milk, cook for 3 minutes
- Add 2 tablespoon of Ricotta Cheese, stir to melt
- Add cooked green pea, add shrimp, salt and black pepper to taste
- Pour in cooked Fettuccine and mix till all noodles are coated with cream sauce
- Sprinkle with dried parsley and grated Parmesan cheese
