Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Spinach and Artichoke Dip



Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of frozen spinach leaves
  • 1 can of artichoke hearts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper to tast
  • 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Drain and chop artichoke, spinach
  2. mix all ingredients except mozzarella cheese
  3. transfer to oven safe container, top with mozzarella cheese
  4. bake 30 minutes at 350F
