Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of frozen spinach leaves
- 1 can of artichoke hearts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- dash of cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to tast
- 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Drain and chop artichoke, spinach
- mix all ingredients except mozzarella cheese
- transfer to oven safe container, top with mozzarella cheese
- bake 30 minutes at 350F
